Kathleen also announced the following Nepal visit: "We would also like to announce our next Ithaka Odyssey to Nepal scheduled for November 20 – 30th 2016 to introduce travelers to life in rural Nepal. This trip will include workshops on biochar production, organic nutrient blending and trial design as well as workshops and tours related to sustainable agriculture and agroforestry. November in Nepal brings the rice harvest period so travelers will join locals to learn how communities collectively work together during rice threshing.
